PERSONAL.
Inspector Wholman’n, of the Auckland Police headquarters staff, is on a brief visit to Paeroa. Mr J. R. Fow, Mayor of. Hamiltion, passed through Paeroa to day. Air Walter Coath arrived in Paeroa this morning .to act as manager of the local branch of the Bank of New Zealand during the absence of Mr A. Steedman, Who leaves on a well-earn-ed holiday to-morrow. Mr Cbath is hot altogether a stranger to Paeroa, having been a resident here in .the “boom” days.
