HAMILTON STOCK SALE. Tne Farmers’ Co-Operative Auctioneering Co. reports.:-— ; ' ' At Hamilton, on Tuesday, December 5, pur yarding of sheep and cattle was small, but pigs were again in good supply. The beef pens were empty, save for a few forward conditioned cows; Sales were made at last week’s values*. Forward ewes (young) made 23/3, medium hoggets (shorn) sold . under strong competition up to 23/-. A full yarding Of fat and store pigs were offered, baconers again 'showing ,a further decline on last week’s rates, while, .weaners and stores improved considerably. Heavy bacon’ers, <£2 10/- to £2 15/- i medium, £2 6/- to £2 9/-; good, porkers to light baconers, £2 2/- to £2 5/-; small - well finished to medium porkers, 37/.to £2 ; unfinished, 28/- to 33/-; chop- . pers, £2 4/- to £2 11/- ; best slips, 19/- to 22/-. Others from 11/ ; good ’ weaners, 14/; smaller, 12/ to 13/6.
