LADIES. The following players will represent Paeroa against Morrinsville on the local inks op Saturday next: Miss Walmsley, Miss Bain, Miss Thorp, Mrs Silcock, Mrs Bain, Miss L. Buchanan. Any player unable to play is required to notify the'secretary. There will be a general tea on Saturday next. The date fixed for the return Hamilton v. Goldfields match is September 28. Considerable improvement in the play of some of the ladies has been shown lately, Mrs Silcock, Mrs Bain, and Miss L. Buchanan all reducing t'heir handicaps. Miss D. Poland is another promising player, and also Miss I. Taylor.
