On Saturday the men’s competition will be the Captain’s trophy, 18 holes bogey play. In the final of the President's Trophy, played last week-end, H. Budd beat Dales, 3 and ; 2. The final of the Senior Championship will be played this week-end between Moresby and Colbeck. Moresby defeated Dales in the semi-final by 3 and 2. LADIES'. The rearrangement o>f the second round of the Junior Championship is as follows : Miss M. Thorp v. Miss L Thorp Miss D. Poland v. Miss EWalmsley, Mrs F. Hubbard v. Miss A. Jones, Mrs Bain v. Mrs Andrews, Miss Tierney v. Miss G. Jones, Mrs McDougall bye; Misses I. Taylor and L. Buchanan byes. To be played by September 5. On Saturday next the monthly medal and Mrs Silcock’s trophy (for L.G.U. handicaps only) will be played for. Players to arrange own partners.
