WARDEN’S COURT.

MONDAY, AUGUST 21. A sitting of the Warden’s Court was held at the Paeroa Courthouse before. Mr J. H. Salmon, Warden, on Monday. Protection was granted to mining claims as follows: Mariatoto Consolidated, Walker’s Maratoto and United for six months, and Golden Zone for six months. Reduction of rent was granted by the Minister to Maratoto Consolidated, Walker’s Maratoto, and United for six month's at 3s 9d per acre per annum ; Imperial for 12 months, at 2s 6d per acre; southern portion Woodstock United for 12 months, at 2s 6d per acre, A surrender was accepted in connection with the northern portion of Woodstock United.
