GOLF.
The annual Goldfields v. Hamilton match will be played on Saturday. The A. teams will, play at Paeroa, and the B. teams at Hamilton. The A. team will be picked from the following players: Kenny, Maingay, Hunger, Halligan, Cdlbeck, Budd, Budd, Clendon, Cullen, Marshall, Wilson, Miller, Somers, Bishop, Gorry Jackson, Steedman. The match at Paeroa will start at. 1.15 p.m. The B. team will be picked from the following players, and will travel to Hamilton: George, James, Lamb, Arthur, Burroughs, Kenrick, Bliss, Johnson, Connolly,’ Bliss, Dewhirst, Wight, Marshall, Morgan, Hayward, Malyon, Bro.wn Clendon, Purnell, Baker, Dodd. Shaw, Miller, Judd, Byrne, Towers. The ladies of the Paeroa club, are requested to note that next Saturday is a genera) tea day. LADIES. The usual monthly medal will be played for on Saturday, July 8. In conjunction with it the second round of- the Club Handicap, 18 holes ; also Miss E. Walmsley’s trophy, for first and second year players, the first 15 ho’es. Players tp play as far as possible with same partners as in previous round of Club Handicap. All others arrange own partners.
