WARDEN’S COURT.
MONDAY, JUNE 26, 1921. A sitting of the Warden’s Court was held in the Paeroa Courthouse on Monday, before Mr J. H. Salmond, s'm. Applications for protection were recommended in the following cases : Maoriland Mines, Ltd., for six months ; Rising Sun Gold Mining Co., Ltd., as regards claims granted for special site and tramway license: C. Adams, for six months on Mara’ toto Consolidated. The Waihi Gold Extraction Co.’s, Agnes Bl'uck’s, and Gep. Jack’s application.' - for surrender were accepted. Applications for residence sites were granted to Robert Mark Aitken, Alma McGruer, and Ada Elizabeth Bramble. An application for protection for s ! x months on the “Desert Gold” mine was consented to by the Minister from May 15, 1922.
