RESIDENCE ENTERED.

UNINVITED VISITOR! On Friday night, ffufing the absence of Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Byrne, of Arney Street, their house was entered by a thief. Access was gained through the bath-room Window, for in order to .reach this a box was found placed near the wall. Ths thief was evidently after money, as little else seems, to have attracted his attention. So. far as can be ascertained the sum of about £1 in silver is missing, and a few odd articles. The whole house was ransacked, and from appearances a hurried visit had been paid. : Constable McClinchy has the matter in hapd and it is to be hoped that the culprit will be run to earth.
