Moneys available, nil. Estimated receipts (rents, licenses outstanding rates, etc.), £1027 10s. Balance proposed to be met by General Rate of 3|d on £175,000, being the total unimproved rating value of the property on the Valuation Roll for the Borough of Paeroa, £2700.
