MONTHLY MEETING. The monthly meeting of the Thames Valley Electric Power Board was held at Te Aroba yesterday, Messrs F. H. Claxton (in the chair); J. Price, F. E. Flatt, J. C. Milfler, J. McCormick, A. Price, J. W. Anderson, J. Bell, A'. Arthur, the engineers (Messrs Gau-. • vain and McLeod), and Mr R. Sprague, secretary-manager. POWER FOR PURIRI. In response to an inquiry from/a Puriri farmer as to when electric power would be available at Puriri, the secretary was instucted to state that the Board hoped to have the power there in time for, next milking season. ' kerepeehi-ngatea. : Mr McLeod, in answer to. Mr, Fjlatt, said it would be a week before the power would be to Kerepeehi. The, next line would be the Turua-Kopuar rahi road, where there was a big load. * Mr Flatt: What about shifting the Tirau gang to Ngatea ? A Member: You leave the Tirau gang where it is. (Laughter.) Mr McLeod said it was hoped;tc get another gang on the KerepeehiNgatea road. r Mr Flatt: It is to be hoped the current will be at Ngatea <for>. next milking season.
