ANZAC CEREMONIES.
PARADE AND SERVICES; The Anzac Day (to-morrow) commemoration will take a similar form in Paeroa to the arrangements oT last year. The Thames Valley (Paeroa) Returned Soldiers will assemble at the Soldiers’ Chib at 1.30 p.m., and will march to the-Paeroa District High School, and place a wreath at the Roll of Honour. They will then assemble at the Drill Hall, ani march to the Central Theatre, where a public united service will be held. All Returned Soldiers are requested to wear their badges and medals or ribbons.. A collection will be taken at the service, to defray expenses, and any balance left js .to go to the local War Memorial fund. Hymn sheets will be distributed in the hall. As has been the custom at St. Paul's Church ever since the first anniversary of the landing at Anza?, all those who fell in .the Great War will be commemorated in special celebi ations of the Holy Eucharist td-morrowt Anzac Day. At 8 a.m. there will be a plain low celebration of Holy Communion, and at 11 o’clock the Office will be sung, with Introit and Angus Dei as a requiem. There will be evensong and sung litany at 7.30 p.m., when the office will be .sung, and an address given by one of the- licensed lay readers who is himself a returned soldier. As in former years, provision will be made for the laying of memorial wreaths beneath the RO’ll ofl Honour in the chureh.
