SENIOR CADETS.
RIFLE SHOOTING. 5 Unbounded interest was displayed by the Cadets last Saturday, when a Rifle Meeting was held on the miniature range, for cash prizes, and also for handsome tropjhies presented by Messrs P. E. Brenan (Mayor) and F. Wells. Forty-ithree Cadets competed, and the shooting generally was good, difficult service targets being used. The prize list is as follows, the scores being shown in . parenthesis. Cadet Smith won the tie with the best 47. Cadet H. E. S'mith (47), 10s and Mr P. E. Brenan’s trophy; Corpl. F.. Peacock (47), 7s 6d and Mr F. Wells’ itrophy ; Cadet G. Thomas (46), 7s 6d : Cadet S. D. Kerr (46), 6s ; Cadet A. Armour (45), ss>; Cadet T. Hudson (45), ss; Cadet L ; Neild (43), ss; Cadet R.
