Mr J. G. McDougall, postmaster at Paeroa, is on leave for two months, during which period Mr; Wilson, relieving postmaster, will be in charge.
A delightful juvenile party was given by Mrs Henry 4 'Peacock at her home, “Herrington House,” on Saturday; ,to say farewell to Miss Edith Briggs, who is leaving for Te Aroha.
