Buggy Accident.

What might have been a more serious accident, occurred on Wednesday last. A buggy contain ing three Maori women was proceeedirg over the bridge, when the harness broke and the horse bolted. When the reached the enbankment at tli® western approach, the three women were precipitated over the bank. They were all picked up in a semi-unconscious condition, and it was found that all had received injuries, one having her head severely bruised one severely cut about the head, and the third a strained hand, the swelling being to bad to ascertain whether any bones were broken.
