It is with regret we record the death of the second daughter of Mr F. Knapper, at the age of 5 years. The little girl had been ailing less than a week, having contracted pneumonia, which was later complicated by an attack of meningitis, and despite every effort on the part of the doctor and parents, the little one passed away on Friday evening last. The funeral took place on Sunday afternoon at 3 p.m., Iho hearse beiim followed by a long cortege of friends, among whom were the whole of the scholars of the Methodist Sunday School. The Rev. Lea officiated at the graveside. Much sympathy is felt ana expressed fur. the bereaved parents. ■
