Deaths

On Wednesday last the remains of the late Alfred Francis Jarman, husband of Mrs E. E. Jarman, were laid to rest at Kimihia Cemetery. The deceased had resided in Huntly for only about two years, but was highly respected here, as well as at Auckland, where he had spent a great portion of his life. Deceased had been ailing for some time, and as he had reached the advanced age of eighty years, was unable to rally, and passed away at his late residence, Huntly South on Tuesday morning last, being interred as above.
