Post Office Holidays.
CHISTMAS, BOXING AND NEW YEAR’S DAY.
Saturdays, the 25th December, and January Ist (Christmas Day and New Year’s Day), will be observed as close holidays. On Friday evenings the 24t,h and 31st December, a counter delivery will be made of letters, etc., between 7 and 8 p.m All mails will be closed on Saturday, the 25th December, and Ist January, at ten a.m. The Telephone Exchange will be closed both days. On Monday (Boxing Day), 26th December, the Post Office will be open in all branches, excepting money order and saving bank from 9. to 10 a.m„ at which hour (10 a.m.), all mails usually closing that day will be olosed. The letter carrier will make one complete round, leaving the office at 8 a.m. The Telephone Echange will be closed all day. A. E. MATHEWS, Postmaster.
