Post Office Holidays.
CHRISTMAS, BOXING AND NEW YEAR’S DAY.
Saturdays the 25th D.-cember and Ist January (Christmas Day and New Years Day) will he observed as close holidays. On Friday evenings the 24th and 31st Decern ter a counter delivery will be made of letters etc, between 7 and 8 p.m. All mails will be closed on Saturday the 25th December and Ist January at 10 a.m. The Telephone Exchange will be closed both days. On Monday (Boxing Day),26th December the Post Office will be open in all branches, excepting money order and Savings bank from 9 to 10 a.m. at which hour (10 a.m.) all mails usually closing that day will he closed. The letter carrier wili make one complete round leaving the office at 8 a.m. The Telephone Exchange will be closed all day.
