t MINERS’ HALL —TO-NIGHT =: Commencing with to-night, the -* management announce one of ij the most sensational serial stories ‘ ever screened, entitled “ The J Adventures of Kathlyn.” It is 1 a big wild animal drama cousist--5 ing of thirteen separate sections, ! each section being complete in 1 itself, yet the whole story is con- " nected. A complete section con- ' sisting of nearly 3000 ft will be shown each Friday night for 1 thirteen weeks and patrons are ’ advised not to miss the first one this evening. This famous series has been shown to full houses wherever screened. All varieties of wild animals such as lions, tigers, etc., are worked into the | various plots which will appeal very much to the juveniles as well as adults. A big supporting programme including a good Keystone will also be projected. For this Saturday Mr Calder has been successful in obtaining one of Keystones big laughing successes entitled “ Dough and Dynamite. ” This famous picture which shows Charlie Chaplin in one of his greatest roles will create more fun than any other keystone which has hitherto been shown. It is over 2000 feet long, so patrons are in for a good j time and are advised to come early and secure seats. A big supporting budget of variety films will also be shown which will satisfy everyone and will be found to be- very well chose n. Reserves may be booked at Mcffees.
