KING’S HALL—TO-NIGHT The best ghost effects yet produced for cinematograph purposes will be seen on Friday night when the “The Ghost” will walk in that thrilling story of Irish peasant life which exudes the real atmosphere of the Emerald Isle. That fine Western Drama, “ Fig ters of the Plains,” portrays the stirring life of the pioneer settlers of the States, while “The Gambler” and “ The Road to Plaindale,” are dramas of intense power and pathos. The comic element is also good. On Saturday, “ The Grip ” is the constellation de luxe —a thrilling melody 4,000 feet in length, bristling with exciting situations, and keeping the onlooker on the qui vive for extra thrills. The Warwick Chronicle exhibits the latest scenes from the front, while “ Twentieth Century Pirates" is a film on new lines. The supporting programme is unique for its variety and excellence.
