Pr sbyterian Social

A very pleasant social organised by the ladies guild took place in the Masonic Hall on Thursday evening last. There was a very large attendance, and from a musical point of view proved a great success. The following ladies and gentlemen contributed vocal and instrumental items during the evening:—

Mesdames G. Shaw,Sissons, G. M. Fraser : Misses V, Russell and Boyle; Messrs Devine* Prentice, and Master Roy Mathews. Miss Starr acted as accompaniest in her usual efficient manner. After partaking of a light supper, and indulging in 3 few games for the younger portion of the audience, a very' pleasing function was brought to a close.
