Lyceum Pictures.
MINERS’ HALL. A brilliant and notable series of pictures will be shown by the Lyceum management this week end. To night the programme is headed by a big 2000 ft Keystone hit entitled “The New York Girl ” which features Miss Mabel Normand, the popular comedienne. Patrons will be delighted with this star comedy as it is full of concentrated fun. A fine Oriental drama in two narls' celled ‘The Geisha ” supports the star whilst the latest war pictures “ Battle of Lebbeke’ and the topical war budget will be shown. Another good war comedy eajlod ‘Loye and Flames’ is concluded, whilst the balance of the programme is sure to please everyone.
■For Saturday only Mr Calder announces he has secured that notable film ‘'Kronstadt” written and 'directed by Max Pemberton from his famous bbok. This picture is a masterpiece containing the remarkable story of an E iglish girl spy and ing crowded with many thrilling .'.situations. Two fine keystone comedies' support the star entitled " Mabel’s Latest, Prank ” and “Making a Living” whilst ” W relcss from the War,” and the Gaumont War Graphic supply the martial demand. An extra number of strong' subjects fill the balance of a zenith programme and as it can only be shown on this Saturday patrons are advised not to miss it. To onsure'a seat in the dress circle patrons should book at McKee’s and avoid disappointment.
