Football Match.
A Benefit football match will be held at the Recreation Ground to-morrow afternoon, between the Brickyard Ramblers and the Huntly Rovers. The proceeds cf the match will be given to Mr Alf Peckham, who was so seriously injured in the explosion of September 12th last, and who still lies at the Hamilton—Hospital, slowly rehis injuries. The obj'ecst Jjeipg- so worthy a one, whe hav§ no doubt that the public will turn out in force, astwell to see the first match of the season, as to do their little to help In this good movement. The following players have been selected to play in the benefit match on Saturday, in aid of Mr Alf. Peckham. Kick off at 3 p.m. Admission Is : HUNTLY ROVERS. Fullback : Dennett. Three-qarters : Tumeke, Tumate Mahuta, T. Pawson. Five-eighths : H. Peckham, Oeo. Paki. Half: B. Paki. Forwards : W. Callaghan, P: Hill, J. Dunn, A. Mclntosh, Kio Tarawhiti, W. McLennan. BRICKYARD RAMBLERS. Fullback: W. Timm. Threequarters : Tonga Mahuta, F. Raynor, R. Ruston, W. Birt. Five-eighths: A. Raynor. Half: W. Burke. Forwards : H. Winatanly, T. Labrum, A. Harlock. J. Ashcroft, Amaru, G. Greenwell.
