In Memoriam.

REID —In loving memory of my dear husband, Alexander Reid, who departed this life on March 3rd. 1914. Deeply regretted. Lying in the green grave yonder, Slumbering now in perfect peace; How it pains our hearts to ponder, And the pain will ver cease. Sad thoughts they linger round our.hearts, While tears they often flow ; And to that sad and lonely grave Our thoughts they often go. We do not know what pain he had, We never saw him die ; We only know he passed away And were not there to say good-bye.' Inserted by his loving wife and daughters.
