MINERS’ HALL, TO-NIGHT. Another new series of photo plays are announced by the Lyceum Co. which will be shown at the Miners’ Hall to night. The star feature is entitled “The Heart of a Pierrot,” in which that sterling actress Miss Asta Neilsen takes the leading part, viz., that of the Pierrot. It is an intense and soul-stirring drama, am. as the plot is unfolded the audience becomes more and more fascinated, the interest being powerfully held till the close. This play should appea to every picture patron. Tht star is well, supported by “Bear Brummel,” a historical drama and “ The Tenderfoot,” a delight ful story of Western ways. Thi educational features are well tc the fore so that, collectively patrons can rely on spending i delightful two hours in clean healthy amusement at very popular prices. The manage ment announce also a grant change for this Saturday whei the famous detective drama “ The Secret Cupboard,” ii which an impersonation of th wonderful Nat Pinkerton take place. He goes through man; hairbreadth escapes and thrillini adventures, and finally foils th notorious gang of thieves wh are at the bottom of all th trouble. The play is certain 1 sensational and exciting, an should on no account be missed A programme of great variet; supports the star feature and n doubt the usual bumper hous will greet its appearance on th screen. This programme will b repeated on Monday night nex when in addition to the picture Mr Fred Knapper will sing “Th Village Blacksmith,” which wi be illustrated by ten beautifnll coloured slides supplied by Hai ringtons. This gives the sho; keeping public of Huntly chance to see the programs owing to their inability to com on Saturdays. The managemei cordially invite them.
