The ease, Inspector of Mine v. Hr W. Wood, Manager of the Extended Mine, was held to-day before Mr Rawson, S.M., who decided in favour of the informant. The nominal penalty of £1 and o sts was inflicted on the defendant. A full account will appear in our next issue.
