A rumrunner, carrying 150 gallons of liquor, ignored an Esthonian customs guardship’s order to stop, and the latter fired and holed the rumrunner which began to sink.

The gttardship rescued the crew of fourteen who overpowered their rescuers, lashed them to the sinking ship, and then escaped. .Another Government ' ship liber any ed the Customs crew an hour later.
