' The Minister, of the Interior, M. Metaxas, stated to-day that the appeal of Samuel Instill from the Government's tuliug that he must leaVe Athens by January 31 will lie without avail. “The Government has a right to deport any undesirable foreigner, irrespective of the Supreme Council’s decision. Insull must go.”
