XMAS APPEAL

CHRISTCHURCH, December 22.
The Rotary . Club in its annual street appeal to-day for funds to provide Xmas hampers for families raised £985 9s lOd. The total for the appeal was £1375 from all sources. Last year the totgl was £1443, but a band concert this year was spoilt by wet weather, and realised cnly £65 as against £ll3 last year.
