BOWLING RINK CONTRACT.
JUDGMENT FOR PLAINTIFF.
CHRISTCHURCH, December 20. A pronouncement that tile contracthad not been ..completely performed by defendant was made by Mr Justice Ostler in the Supreme Court, in the case where Reginald Gilbert Brown, of 88, Chapter Street, trading under the name of Indoor Bowling Rinks, claimed £lOl6 19s, from. C. S. McCully (Christchurch Sawmills, Ltd.), timber and coni merchants, of Christchurch, for alleged faulty construction of an indoor bowling rink in Tuam Street. His Honor reserved liis decision on the amount of damages to be awarded plaintiff, on the question of costs, and on the counter-claim by defendant for £l4B 13s 6d. He added that he would endeavour to make his decision on those points known before Christmas.
