ESPIONAGE “DRIVE”
EIGHTEEN ARRESTS IN FRANCE.

(Received this clay at 9.30 n.m.) LONDON, December 20. The “Mail’s” Paris correspondent says eighteen espionage arrests, mostly foreigners, have brought to a climax nearly a year’s delicate investigations, wherein about two hundred detectives participated. . Further arrests are expected.
