The Prosecutor ideinanded.: the death penalty for Torgler .ami Nan de Lub'he at the Reichstag trial,: for sustained high- treason ! and incendiarism, but sought the acquittal of Dimitroff, Popoff and Taneff for lack of proof.
LONDON DISTURBANCE SEQUEL.
(Received this day at 10.10 a.m.) LONDON, December 18. Following the German Embassy disturbance," four men were charged with insulting behaviour. Three of them, described as Fascists, were Jbound over for six months. The fourth was fined 10s. The police stated'they rescued the Fascists from the hostile crowd.
