Sensational reports received from Warsaw that a broadcast was picked up stating that the Lubyanki Prison in Moscow has been burned, with great loss of life, (including numerous O.G.P.U. prisoners, who here' locked up in the cellars. Some of the warders and firemen are also dead. Moscow announce-; that the fire occurred on December 3, but states that no deaths occurred mud that only O.G.P.U. records wore burned, and J Vi t fhe lire was only in the top .storeys.
