A message from Orescent City, Florida, states nine children were killed and about thirty other injured when a goods train going at a good speed struck a crowded school omnibus in a heavy fog at a level crossing to-day. Seven children, three belonging to a single family were killed outright and two others died later. Several of the more seriously injured are not expected to survive. The parents arc mosty citrus farmers, who became hysterical at the scene, of the tragedy. The dead were so disfigured that identification was possible only -through their clothing.
