QUIST DEFEATS CRAWFORD

At the Queensland tennis ‘ championships, in the men’s singles final 'Quist defeated Crawford 6—4, 2—6, 4-6, 12—10, 6-3.
In the women's final, Mrs Molcswcrt.h defeated Mrs Crawford 6—2, 6-3.
In the mixed doubles semi-finals Crawford and Mrs Crawford forfeited to Moon and Miss Moon. Quist and Mrs Westy.cott beat Goodwin and Mrs Moleswo r th 6—2, 6—4. The final was postponed.

LADIES’ TEAM SAILS ON FRIDAY

Then tennis players, Sproule and Donohoe leave Sydney on December 21 for .a playing tour of New Zealand. They will compete in the New Zealand championships. The women’s team, sailing on Friday, comprises Misses Hall, Valkenberg, Dingede, Bick-erton, and Miss Lloyd as manager. They will represent New South Wales in the New Zealand championships.
