FINNISH CAPTAIN’S OFFENCE (Australian Press As^ciation).
(Received this day at 9.20 a.m.) MELBOURNE, Dec. 13. The master cf the Finnish ship, Olovsborg, Captain Leiscop, was fined £2OO for having been master of a vessel, from which prohibited immigrants were landed.
