Mr Justice Kennedy heard an.-ap-pfioa-tiion 'under the Family Protection Act, concerning the.-, estate of Julius McCullough McGhnpsey, of Oamaru, plaintiff being ' the widow. The court concurred 'in :the settlement announced, the principal point being an increase in th© widow’s annuity to £3OO a year.
