WELLINGTON, November 28
SUas Hicks Palmer, 28, wa s fined £2O, with costs, in default one month’s imprisonment, on a charge of intoxication when in charge of a car. He was debarred from obtaining ia. driver’s license for twelve months,, and was also fined, 10s for having no license. Accused hit another car on the Hutt P.oad, and took a wheel off it.
