CHILD’S DEATH
TANGLED IN TELEPHONE WIRE.

Joel Sibner, aged three and a half years, to-day hanged himself in a tela* phone wire while his mother was away shopping for fifteen minutes. The youngster went to the bathroom for a stool which he pushed to the'instrument in which he was accustomed to prattle when held up by his parent. He climbed up, got tangled in the cord, the stool upset, and the lad choked to death.
