A, Torns, returned to-day to Wellington from Sydney, after a visit for the purpose of meeting the Australian Dairy Board, regarding a renewal of the cold storage contract held by the Board in London, Mr Tonis said that a contract had not, definitely been concluded, and be would have to report to the Board before making any public statement.
