The “Daily Herald’s” Madrid correspondent says die Right Wing parties have offered to co-operate with Send' Lerroux, leader of the Centre, with a view to forming a Cabinet on the following conditions:

First, signing a concordat that the Vatican which gives the church back its lost privileges; (secondly, a general amnesty for .all politicals ; thirdly, a revocation of all labour legislation, the

return of land confiscated from antiRepubHcan rebels, and the revision of the Agrarian laws which took away land from absentee proprietors.
