It is reported from Nanking that planes flew over important points where ijebel troops jai'e concentrated near Fukien aud dropped leaves, announcing the intention to carry out .an aerial bombardment on Poo Chow unless the troops rejoin the Government. The navy also preparing to blockade P°° Chow and Am ay. Chinese-owned steamers a r e being commandeered for the purpose of speedy transportation of Government troops to pointg on all southern Chekiang coast.
