'bridge, 2J,’ in the inter-Varsity relays. The most outstanding performance was Oxford’s win in the mile by forty yards in 476.2-55.ec,,. which was a record for the contest, wherein they were assisted by Lovelock, who also helped to win the four miles.
The New Zealander, Gresson, assisted Cambridge, in a dead heat in the 400 yards, Gresson and the Melbournite, Loxton, were included in the unsuccessful Cambridge half-mile team. Low won the hurdles.
