’The Westland Competitions Society have received £8 from the/Hokitika Amateur Operatic Society, pa r t pi-qceeds of the recent production.

The benefit dance arranged by the Hokitika Ladies’ Hockey Club, will take place in Sodiers’ Hall this evening. Special arrangements have been made, and an enjoyable time is assured. A prize will be presented to the winners of the Monte Carlo dance. —-Advt.
