PLEBISCITE TO BE TAKEN.

A meeting" of delegates from the Centres of the League of Wheelmen decided to endeavour to arrange a plebiscite of all active cyclists in New Zealand, tho issues being: I am in favour of 'a. League of New Zealand Amateur Wheelmen. •
The unanimous view wa s expressed that if the majority decided in favour of a Cycling Council, officials of the League would resign en bloc, and render,.every assistance to the Cycling Council. It is proposed to seek a conference with the Cycling Council at the earliest moment.
RACE AT BLENHEIM. BLENHEIM, November 18. The seventy mile cycling race for the Tradespeople’s Cup resulted:— C. Morrison 1, N. Morrison 2, L. Fleming 3. Won easily. Time 3hrs 44 min lOsee, Fleming secured the fastest time, 3hr 18niin 2sec.
