The m.v. Gael sailed just before 1 p.m. to-day for Wellington, timber laden. On arrival the vessel will go into dock to have the hull cleaned and will sail for Hokitika On Friday.
The current issue of the “Gazette” notifies that twenty-five sections in Block XXXVIII., Town of Runanga, Cobden Survey District', ranging from 26.2 perches to 1 rood 32;2 perches, ancl section 11., Block VIII, Town of Runanga, are open for selection on renewable lease for a term of thirtythree years.
