The contractors .were to commence work and they are to be completed in eight weeks from’ the date of signing contract. The races, tunnels and syphon across Waimea Creek have'-'" been all surveyed and laid out. by Mr T. Learmont, engineer, Greymouih,. who’, will inspect ,all works on completion.
