PEER BANKRUPTCY
.SEQUEL TO EXTRAVAGANCE
APPLICATION FOR DISCHARGE
LONDON, November 14
When an application for the discharge from bankruptcy of Lord Richard Nevill, brother of the Marquis of Abergaveny, and formerly Chamberlain to Lord Lenman and Lord Dudley in was made to-day it was stated that his creditors would receive about 3s 6d ill the pound. There had been 18 previous bankruptcy petitions -and all had been settled.
The registrar said there was no suggestion against' tlie debtor’s conduct except extravagance. The- discharge :would be suspended for three months.
