William Iy. Vanderbilt (the third), aged 24, heir to ,a Urge fortune, was killed, and two other persons were injured to-day, when Vanderbilt, en route from Miami to New York, attempted to pass au orange truck on a curve, turning his car over. Details of the accident are meagre. One of the injured men wag Erskine Gwynne, a relative of Vanderbilt.
