The principle that it is- the child i who suffers most when marital dissension splits a family: wr« invoked. to-day, by James Morrow, 21, in an unprecedented suit, claiming fifty thousand dollars damages against a man who, he charges, persuaded hie mother to leave Iris father four jears ago. Morrow alleged that Frederick Uannantuono, a wealthy undertaker, alienated the affections of his mother from his father. Morrow’s counsel declared tha Morrow “had been deprived of his .rightful motherly love, proper education, .and proper home- life, that an infant her, the legal right of enjoyment, natural love, affection, esteem and the regard of both parents together.” The Court reserved decision on the cMonce faqtlon that there was no cause for action.
